Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SA Studio (the "Service"), operated by BIZMECHA EMPIRE (SSM Reg. No. 202603062772 / MA0343419-D). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

SA Studio is a subscription-based software service that enables Toyota Sales Advisors to generate marketing materials — advertising posters and loan quotation posters — carrying their own branding (name, photo, and contact number).

2. Subscription & Billing

• The Service is offered on a monthly subscription at RM97 per month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.
• Payments are collected through our authorised third-party payment processor.
• You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Generate content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is owned by BIZMECHA EMPIRE. Posters you generate using your own inputs may be used for your own business purposes. "Toyota" and vehicle model names are trademarks of their respective owners; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with your dealership's and Toyota's branding guidelines.

6. Digital Delivery

The Service is delivered digitally. Access is provided online, typically immediately upon account setup. There is no physical product and no shipping is involved.

7. Disclaimer

Loan quotation figures are generated from the data and official pricelists provided to the system. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying all figures before sharing them with customers. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIZMECHA EMPIRE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy). We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
