Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions to SA Studio, a service operated by BIZMECHA EMPIRE. We want you to be satisfied with the Service, and this page explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancellation
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at muazbizmecha@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +60 11-1430 5109.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until then.
- Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again.
2. Refunds
- SA Studio is a monthly digital subscription. Because access and usage are granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
- If you have been charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after cancellation), please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.
- Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Email muazbizmecha@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with:
- Your registered name;
- The email address used for the subscription;
- A brief description of your request.
We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days.
